About the Region & Community

What is special about this region?

Those who know Greece understand how child-friendly it is. Here, our children are free to roam and are greeted warmly. Additionally, we live in one of the most fertile areas in Europe, where vegetables and fruits are grown year-round.

But the region offers more: an incredible variety of long sandy beaches (with turtles in the water and on land), hidden coves, waterfalls, and caves for big and small explorers...

Furthermore, there is a wide range of recreational activities for children – music lessons, karate, horseback riding, pottery, dancing (to name just a few). Kalamata enchants us with its huge farmers' market and its great cafés (we even miss Berlin no more!)

How many children are there already?

Currently, over 20 children (ranging from 8 months to 15 years old) live in the region, mostly year-round, with some only in the winter.

About the Family Hub

What is included in the Family Hub ticket?

By purchasing the ticket, you become part of our digital community. There, we share all the details together. On-site, you can participate in joint free and paid (bookable directly with providers on a voluntary basis) workshops and events that we have organized for you. Please note that individual providers may also cancel spontaneously or the weather may not cooperate. Therefore, our list is not guaranteed.

How many families can participate?

We offer the Family Hub to a minimum of 2 families per week. If this number does not come together unexpectedly, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. A maximum of 8 families can participate per week.

Where can I stay?

We have compiled a list of accommodations for you and negotiated a "Special" price. After purchasing the Family Hub ticket, you will receive a code to book the accommodation directly with the provider.
